The Olive Oil
Olive trees are grown in one of the two properties that are part of the farm. The hand harvested olives yield a very high-quality oil. 
The oil is bottled and may be purchased at the farms direct sales outlet located in the beautiful town of San Quirico d'Orcia.
A free oil tasting may be arranged by appointment.
